1/15/05 - Middlebury opened up its NESCAC schedule strong as they defeated Connecticut College 65-50 at the Pepin Gym. The Camels held the lead for the entire first half, taking a 25-23 lead into the intermission. Middlebury led 39-36 with 10:04 left before going on an 8-0 run to take an 11-point lead. A 9-0 run at the 6:15 mark gave the Panthers a controlling 18-point lead down the stretch.

Kate Fehsenfeld led the Middlebury offense with 19 points, while Micaela McVary added 12 points and eight rebounds. Maryanne Verzoza scored 11 in the game, while Elyse Carlson netted 10 points and grabbed 11 boards.
