Cooper Becomes All-Time Leader On The Ice

Middlebury College men's hockey player Kevin Cooper (Mississauga, Ont.) became the school's modern day (1965-present) all-time leading goal scorer with a hat-trick today (82) in a 9-2 win at UMass.-Boston. He surpasses Mark Spence, who scored 79 during the '95-'98 season.

Cooper added two assists in the game for a five-point afternoon. John Dawson and Adam Foote each added a pair of goals in the win, while Evgeny Saidachev dished out two assists. Yen-I Chen made 14 saves in goal for the win.
