Shelley Payne

Shelley Payne joined the Middlebury staff in 1995 as part of the athletics field’s crew and served as the associate equipment room manager at Middlebury from 1998-2025. She was elevated to equipment manager in January 2025.

  • Handles all day-to-day operations of the equipment room, including the purchasing, inventory and maintenance of all equipment and uniforms utilized by the department's 31 teams
