Peter Kim

Peter Kim joined the athletics staff at Middlebury in 2003 as the assistant women’s soccer coach, before being named the head coach in 2004.

  • 4x NESCAC Championships (2006, 2013, 2018, 2021)
  • Winningest coach in program history (246)
  • 12x NCAA Tournament appearances (2004, 2006, 2009, 2011-2013, 2016-2019, 2021, 2025)
  • Led 2018 team to program’s first NCAA Championship match
  • Set a single-season record with 19 wins (19-2-3) in 2018
  • Guided 2013 squad to NCAA Semifinals with a 20-game unbeaten streak
  • Coached numerous All-Americans, All-Region and All-NESCAC players
  • 3x NESCAC Player of the Year (2004, 2013, 2015)
  • 1x NESCAC Co-Rookie of the Year (2023)
  • 1x CSC (formerly CoSIDA) Academic All-America and several CSC (formerly CoSIDA) Academic All-District honorees
