Franklin Dean-Farrar joined the athletics staff at Middlebury in 2003 and is the Assistant Director of Athletics for Operations and Events. In his role, Dean-Farrar schedules all athletic facilities, oversees game management, and serves as a tournament director for postseason events. In the spring of 2025, Dean-Farrar became the sport supervisor for the club crew and rugby programs.
