Middlebury College

Franklin Dean-Farrar joined the athletics staff at Middlebury in 2003 and is the Assistant Director of Athletics for Operations and Events. He was later named the supervisor of the Middlebury club crew and rugby programs in June 2025.

• Schedules all the athletic spaces and works closely with coaches, game management and the facility services department on campus
• Schedules all varsity contests at Middlebury
• Tournament director for numerous NESCAC and NCAA Championships
• 4x Hosted NCAA Championship Weekends
• Ticket manager for all NESCAC and NCAA postseason competitions
• Attended 2022 Dare to Lead Workshop by Brene Brown
• Assistant coach for the Middlebury women’s rugby team (2010-2015)
• Assistant coach for the Middlebury men’s rugby team (2016)
