Jorge Rojas joined the Middlebury athletics staff as an assistant women’s soccer coach in 2011. Rojas grew up in Chile and moved to the United States in 1989.
 
AT MIDDLEBURY
  • 3x NESCAC Championships (2013, 2018, 2021)
  • 8x NCAA Tournament appearances (2011-13, 2016-19, 2021)
  • Helped lead the 2018 team to the program’s first NCAA Championship match
  • Set a single-season record with 19 wins (19-2-3) in 2018
  • Helped guide 2013 squad to the NCAA Semifinals with a 20-game unbeaten streak
  • Numerous All-Americans, All-Region and All-NESCAC players
  • 1x College Sports Communicators (formerly CoSIDA) Academic All-America and several CSC (formerly CoSIDA) Academic All-District honorees

ATHLETIC CAREER
  • Played professional outdoor and indoor soccer with Everton (Chile) and The Amarillo Challengers (Amarillo, Texas). 
  • He has over 35 years of experience coaching and scouting at the professional, college, amateur, youth and adult levels including stints on the scouting staff for professional clubs such as Colo-Colo and Trasandino FC (Chile), Escuele de Futbol Alejo Rodriguez (Chile) and Escuela Soccermundial (Mass.).
