Middlebury College

O'Leary is in her second year as an assistant coach for the swimming & diving programs in 2019-20. She joined the staff after graduating from Middlebury in May of 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in teacher education.

O’Leary was a breaststroke specialist in the pool for the Panthers during her four years. She was a 2017 All-American in the 200 with her 14th-place finish at the NCAA Championships. She currently holds the school record in that event with a time of 2:19.03. O’Leary was a finalist at the NESCAC Championships in all three different breaststroke events for the Panthers during her career. She also served as a team captain during her senior year of 2016-17.

A native of Montclair, New Jersey, she is an elementary teacher at Mary Hogan Elementary School in Middlebury.
