Andriole joined the baseball staff at Middlebury in 2021, after serving as an assistant coach at Brebeuf Preparatory Jesuit High School in Indianapolis, Indiana. He served as the hitting coach during the summer of 2021 for the Sanford Mainers in Sanford, Maine, who are a member of the wooden bat New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL). Prior to that, Andriole worked as a camp coach for the United States Air Force Academy baseball program in June of 2019. He also spent two years as an assistant coach at Guerin Catholic High School in Noblesville, Indiana.

A 2020 graduate of the University of Dayton where he earned an English degree, Andriole spent part of two seasons with the Division I Flyers’ baseball team before moving into the coaching ranks.
