Mike Leonard took over the reins of the Middlebury baseball program in June of 2016. 

AT MIDDLEBURY
  • Coaching Record
  • 3x NESCAC Championships (2022, 2024, 2025)
  • 3x NESCAC Runner-Up (2017, 2019, 2023)
  • Coached 3x NESCAC Player of the Year (2022, 2023, 2025)
  • Coached 4x NESCAC Pitcher of the Year (2018, 2022, 2023, 2024) 
  • Coached the 2018 Defensive Player of the Year
  • Coached five CSC Academic All-America selections
  • Led the program to a single-season record 32 wins in 2024
  • School-record 31 wins in 2022 (tied previous school record of 26 in 2019)
  • Guided the team to the NCAA Regional Final in 2022 and the NCAA Regional in 2023, 2024 and 2025
  • Coached numerous All-Americans and program single-season and career record breakers
