Henry Strmecki

Henry Strmecki joined the baseball staff at Middlebury as an assistant coach in October 2023.

ATHLETIC CAREER

  • Four-year starter for the Middlebury baseball team
    • Team captain during his senior season
    • 2019 First Team All-NESCAC
  • One-year member of the Dayton baseball team
    • Started all 43 games in 2022. Led the team with a .313 batting average and a .406 on-base percentage
  • One-year member of the Nevada baseball team
    • Started all 52 games. Batted .278 with 11 doubles, two triples, nine homers, 33 RBI and 40 runs scored
  • Played Summer Collegiate Baseball for the Danbury Westerners (2020-22) and the Cortland Crush (2019)

  • 2019 Ray Fisher MVP Award
  • 2022 Atlantic 10 All-Academic First Team
  • 2023 Wolfpack Student-Athlete of the Year Finalist
