Alex Harter joined the baseball staff at Middlebury as an assistant coach in February 2022.

• 2022 NESCAC Championship
• 2023 NESCAC Runner-up
• Helped coach the 2022 and 2023 NESCAC Players and Pitchers of the Year
• Helped coach a Second-Team All-Region Pitcher on two occassions
• Helped guide the program to a school-record 31 wins in 2022 (tied previous school record of 26 in 2019)
• Helped guide team to the NCAA Regional Final in 2022 and the NCAA Regional in 2023
• Helped coach two CSC Academic All-Americans
• Panthers broke over two dozen individual and team records in 2022
• Helped guide Panther pitching staff to finish in the top-15 spots nationally in strikeouts and strikeouts per nine innings in 2022
