The Middlebury skiing teams finished in seventh place with 254 points at the NCAA Championships in Utah. The four-day event was highlighted by All-American laurels from Julian Arthur (runner-up in the slalom), Nicholas Unkovskoy (third in the giant slalom), Kjersti Moritz (sixth in giant slalom) and
Shea Brams (10th in classic). Utah claimed its sixth national title in the last seven years with 549.5 points, while Colorado was second (539 points) and Denver finished third (386.5 points).

HIGHLIGHTS
- Competing in her final event wearing the navy and white, Brams was the top women's finisher in 19th with a time of 54:17.0.
- Claiming 28th was Mica Bodkins, who crossed the line at 56:08.9.
- Sofia Scirica closed out the Panther contingent, finishing less than a second behind in 33rd position (56:09.8).
- On the men's side, Finn Veit skied across the finish line in 24th place with a clocking of 49:25.6.
- Mason Wheeler was next for Middlebury, finishing in 28th at 49:56.1.
- Rounding out the men's side was Nathan Doughty, who completed the course in 53:49.0 to grab 38th.Â
NOTES
- The men's alpine team tallied the most discipline points in the slalom (58 points), while the women's nordic squad was second for the Panthers with 53 points during Thursday's 7.5K classic.
- This marked Middlebury's 66th appearance on the national stage, having competed every year since 1967.
- The Panthers have finished in the top 10 for seven consecutive seasons and 59 overall.Â
Middlebury caps its campaign with top-seven placings in every competition, including a runner-up finish at the Middlebury Carnival/EISA Championships.
