The Panthers were recognized for their commitment in the classroom.
The Middlebury baseball program tallied the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) Team Academic Excellence Award for its commitment to hard work in the classroom during the season. It marks the ninth-consecutive season that the squad earned the distinction.
Squads who receive the award must be a high school or college program, have a head coach who is an ABCA member and maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.00 or higher on a 4.00 scale.Â
Middlebury is one of 440 college institutions and 171 Division III programs to tally the honor.
The Panthers put together another historic campaign in 2025, tallying their third NESCAC crown in the past four seasons and a 28-13 record.
