The Panthers were recognized for their hard work in the classroom.
Ella Han, Morgan Lee, Mia Politano, Audrey Tir and Elizabeth Whalen of the Middlebury women's golf team were tabbed Women's Golf Coaches Association (WGCA) All-American Scholars for the 2024-25 campaign.
In order to be selected for this honor, each golfer must have an overall cumulative grade point average of 3.50 or higher, be an amateur and on the team's roster through the conclusion of the season, and compete in 50 percent of the college's regularly scheduled competitive rounds through their conference championship.
Additionally, the team was recognized as having the fifth-highest grade point average (GPA) in Division III women's golf. Middlebury put forward an impressive 3.821 GPA, which was tied with Benedictine University. Williams College was the other NESCAC school honored, tallying the 12th-best GPA (3.776).
The Panthers had a memorable 2024-25 campaign, claiming their first conference title in program history and their highest-ever team finish at the NCAA Championships with a share of sixth place.
