Anna McGrew of the #22 Middlebury women's swimming and diving team has earned College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) All-American honors in the 50-yard freestyle. The honor is the first of her career and was achieved on the national stage.

HONOREE HIGHLIGHTS
- In the preliminary sessions at the NCAA Championships, McGrew clocked the 12th-fastest time of 23.19 seconds in the 50 free.
- The rookie lowered her time in the consolation final by touching the wall at 23.08 seconds to vault her to 10th in the final standings and secure a second-team distinction.
- McGrew's time also broke the program record of 23.41 seconds set in 2018 by Frances VanderMeer '20.Â
- The Panther swam in six total events in her initial NCAA Championships appearance.
With her accolade, McGrew becomes the 78th All-American in program history.
