The 18th-ranked Middlebury men's squash team traveled to Massachusetts, robbing #6 Harvard of a shutout in a 7-2 loss on Wednesday. The Panthers became the third NESCAC team to tally two or more points against the Crimson this season.
HIGHLIGHTS
- Harvard secured triumphs with sweeps at #7, #3 and #4 for an early 3-0 advantage.
- The hosts followed with a trio of more shutouts from the first, sixth, and second spots to clinch the match.
- Aditya Kothari picked up the first Panther victory. The rookie went back and forth at #8 with Erik Wang, as the two split the first four games. Kothari dug deep, claiming the final game by an 11-5 score in a match that lasted 55 minutes.
- The final battle of the contest went to Ronin Kaplan, who earned a 3-0 sweep (11-7, 11-6, 11-3) at #9 over Zach Baskir.

- Kothari tallied his 12th victory and has won three out of his last five.
