The #17 Middlebury men's squash team capped the 2025 portion of its schedule with a 9-0 triumph over Wesleyan on Saturday from the Bostwick Family Squash Center. The Panthers completed their home-opening weekend with a pair of impressive triumphs after cruising past Hobart on Friday by a 9-0 tally.

HIGHLIGHTS
- Seven of the nine Middlebury victories came in three-game decisions.
- Ronin Kaplan dropped only eight points in his 11-3, 11-1, 11-4 triumph over Zack Idinopulos from the #8 position.Â
- The closest battle came between the team's top players in David Zhao and Dhairya Shah. The Cardinal won the opening game before Zhao roared back with 11-5, 11-8 and 11-9 wins in the final three.
- The other four-game match happened in the fourth slot. Wesleyan's Dominic Wilson claimed the first contest 11-6, but Aditya Kothari battled for a 6-11, 11-4, 11-5, 11-5 decision.

- Charlie Clifford improved to 2-0 this winter with a three-game sweep in the exhibition match against Ronan Cheng-Slater (11-2, 11-4, 11-1).
