Audrey MacLean has been named the United States Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association's (USTFCCCA) Women's NCAA Division III National Athlete of the Week and NESCAC Cross Country Runner of the Week. The national honor is the first of her career, while she earns her seventh conference accolade.

HIGHLIGHTS

• MacLean excelled at the Connecticut College Invitational, claiming first place out of 261 runners in the Blue Race with a career-best clocking of 20:17.2 on the 6K course.
• Her time was 23 seconds faster than the runner-up finisher and the second-quickest in the meet's history.
• The Blue Race featured 16 nationally-ranked programs, include the top five in the latest USTFCCCA poll.
• The junior has claimed a top-three finish in all five invites this season.

MacLean and her teammates are idle this week before returning to competition at the NESCAC Championship hosted by Connecticut College on Saturday, November 1.
