Box Score The eighth-ranked Middlebury women's tennis team opened the 2024 portion of its schedule at the Vassar Fall Scramble. The two-day event featured five squads, including NESCAC foe Hamilton. 
 
HIGHLIGHTS

• Gusty Beveridge (5-0), Elsie Van Wieren (5-0), Ananya Annapantula (4-0), Elizabeth Doak (4-0), Claudia Miller (4-0), and Sahana Raman (4-0) all went undefeated in singles action.
• The Panthers recorded an impressive 15-1 mark in doubles, led by a 5-0 record from tandem Nina Farhat and Raman.
• The duo of Miller and Van Wieren claimed four of their five matches.
• Annapantula went 4-0, teaming up with Doak and Beveridge for two matches each.

NOTES

• Raman improved to 64-25 in singles play with her 4-0 mark. She is also now 71-26 in career doubles.
• Beveridge and Van Wieren each earned their first career singles and doubles victories.

The Panthers return to the court next weekend at the ITA Regional Championships hosted by Bowdoin.
