Mia Politano was Middlebury's second finisher, tying for 20th.
The Middlebury women's golf team came from two spots behind to place third overall at the Jack Leaman Invitational. Eight-ranked Wellesley won the event with a score of 608, followed by #14 Amherst (614) and the Panthers (619).

HIGHLIGHTS
- Leading the way for Middlebury was Audrey Tir, who had a phenomenal round on the second day. The Panther moved up 16 spots to claim sixth place, shooting a 152 (78-74) over the two-day event.
- Morgan Lee and Mia Politano tied for 20th place with a two-round score of 157, with Lee's best outing of the weekend coming on Sunday (75) and Politano shining on Saturday (77).
- Shooting three above par on the first day was Ella Han, finishing tied for 28th place overall.
- Sophia Hwang rounded out the scorers with a two-day total of 160 (82-78) to finish in a tie for 31st.

- Han's 75 on Saturday tied for a personal-best score.
Middlebury is idle next weekend as it gears up for the NESCAC Championship hosted by Williams on the weekend of May 4.
