Brendan Maykel set a personal-best score during the invitational.
The Middlebury men's golf team finished in a tie for seventh place at the Tim Brown Invitational with a two-round total of 583 (296-287). Trinity won the event with an impressive two-day score of 566 (290-276), while Husson (577, 293-284) and Hamilton (579, 291-288) rounded out the top-three squads.

HIGHLIGHTS
- Charlie Schulman led the way for the Panthers, finishing tied for seventh. He carded a career-best score of 141, including a four-under-par 67 in the second round, which was also a collegiate best.
- Henry Harrison continued his strong start to the spring, tying for 11th with a two-day score of 142 (71-71).
- The third finisher for Middlebury was Colin McCaigue who bettered his day-one round of 76 by four strokes on Sunday to earn a tie for 36th place (148).
- Rounding out the scorers were Paul Fine-Lease (152, 75-77) and Brendan Maykel (156, 79-77).
NOTES
- During his round on Sunday, Schulman tallied six birdies.
- Harrison and Maykel both recorded personal bests in a single round as well as across two rounds this weekend.
