On the second day of the NCAA Championships,
Chloe Katz of the #21 Middlebury women's swimming and diving team competed in the 200-yard freestyle.

HIGHLIGHTS
- Katz finished in fourth place during her heat with a time of 1:52.59.
- The clocking ranked 28th overall out of 56 swimmers.
- This was the second time Katz competed in this event at the national meet, moving up 16 spots from 2022 when she finished 44th overall.
- The Panther earned All-American honors on Wednesday night, placing seventh in the 500 free.Â
Katz has a day of rest on Friday, before competing in her final event on Saturday. The preliminaries begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday for the 1,650 free, with the top-16 competitors moving on to the evening's finals.Â
