#15 Men’s Squash Blanked By #12 Tufts

Will Quigley triumphed in today's exhibition match.

The 15th-ranked Middlebury men's squash team was blanked by #11 Tufts on Sunday afternoon.

HIGHLIGHTS

The Jumbos secured victories at #4, #1 and #8 to move into an early 3-0 lead.
Tufts triumphed in the third slot and clinched the match with a win in the seventh slot to make it 5-0.
With victories at #6, #9, #2, the hosts increased their lead to 8-0.
Kian Kardestuncer was deadlocked in a 2-2 matchup in the middle of the ladder, but was forced to retire, making the final score 9-0.

NOTES

Will Quigley triumphed in the exhibition match, winning in four games (11-7, 10-12, 11-9, 12-10).

The Panthers travel to #16 Amherst next Sunday for a 2:00 p.m. matchup.
