The 15th-ranked Middlebury women's squash team downed #24 Brown 7-2 in its home opener at the Bostwick Family Squash Center. With the win, the Panthers improved to 10-1 overall, running their win streak to eight-straight triumphs.
 
HIGHLIGHTS

• Eva Finney (#5), Caroline Arena (#6), Abbie Peterson (#7) and Maya Bardorf (#8) swept the bottom of the ladder, cruising 3-0 in each of their matches.
• Abby Holding and Margaux Comai tallied hard-earned points in the second and fourth spots, respectively, edging their opponents 3-2.
• Middlebury's seventh and final point came from a default in the ninth slot. 

NOTES

• Arena's victory was the 25th in her career.
• Bardorf improved to 7-0 on the year. 
• Finney has won six-straight matches.

The Panthers have a quick turnaround, traveling to #13 Williams on Thursday.
