Middlebury has announced the hiring of
Lynn Sobczyk as the assistant women's soccer coach. Sobczyk joins the Panthers after serving in a similar capacity last season at Norwich University.
"We are excited to have Lynn join our Middlebury women's soccer family," said head coach Peter Kim. "Her energy, warmth and wide-ranging experience will be a great addition to our fantastic staff."
"I couldn't be more ecstatic to have this incredible opportunity to coach at Middlebury College and work closely with a group of well-rounded student-athletes," said Sobczyk. "I am looking forward to being part of a talented coaching staff and working alongside Peter, who I consider a mentor. I am ready to dive right in and see what this season has in store!"

- Made one appearance in the SUNYAC Tournament final and another in the semifinal round
- Wellington High School (2012-2016)
- Four-year member of the soccer team, three as a starter
- Team reached the state semifinals her senior season
- Two-year starter in lacrosse
