Teddy Best advances to the Molloy North consolation finals.
Teddy Best of the Middlebury men's squash team won a consolation semifinal in the Molloy North bracket at the College Squash Association (CSA) Individual Championships on Saturday morning. With the victory, he advances to the finals and will take on 13th-seeded Jared Nalliah of Chatham at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday.

The 10th-seeded Panther squared off against 11th-seeded Mateo Restrepo of Trinity in semifinal action. Best jumped out to a 2-0 lead, winning the first pair of games by scores of 11-5 and 11-7, respectively. In the third game, the pair was knotted at 2-2, before Restrepo took a 4-2 edge. Best battled back, cutting the deficit to one (7-6), but that was as close as he would get as the Bantam secured the 11-6 victory. Best got out to a fast start in the fourth game, leading 3-1 early and never looking back en route to an 11-5 triumph to advance.Â
