Alexis Ballo won his second match of the weekend in a five-set thriller at #5.
The 24th-ranked Middlebury men's squash team (0-4) fell to #21 Bates (2-6) by a score of 7-2 on Sunday afternoon. The Panthers are back in action on Wednesday when they host #28 Hamilton at 4:00 p.m. at the Bostwick Family Squash Center.
Alexis Ballo took the win in the fifth spot on the ladder in a thrilling contest, going all five sets. Ballo defeated Labeeb Ali (6-11, 11-6, 12-10, 6-11, 11-8) to earn his second triumph of the weekend.
PK Keller picked up a point in the sixth spot with a 3-0 sweep (11-8, 11-6, 11-8) over Bates' Jonathan Walker.
