RESULTS
The Middlebury men's cross country team had a tremendous showing at the Mike Wood Invitational hosted by SUNY Geneseo on Saturday, as the 27th-ranked Panthers finished second out of 33 teams. The host Knights, ranked fourth nationally, won the race with a score with 32 points, while Middlebury was second with 78. The Panthers are idle next weekend, returning to action on October 16, when they compete at the Connecticut College Invitational.

Drew Donahue completed the 8k course at the National Warplane Museum in a time of 24:53.3 to place fifth overall out of 404 runners.
Quinlan McGaugh placed in the top-10, crossing the finish line in ninth place in 25:10.1
Alexander Kessler was 15th with a clocking of 25:18.6, while
Max Cluss boasted a time of 25:26.0 for 20th.
Alec Gironda was Middlebury's final scorer, finishing 29th in 25:46.6.
