Stan Morris highlighted play, winning a semifinal match to advance to the championship.
Morris advanced to the championship bout with a straightforward 6-4, 6-4 victory over North Carolina Wesleyan's Jhonny Acosta. He will look to avenge his 2019 championship loss when he takes on third-seeded Chase Cohen of Williams in the ITA Cup title match on Saturday at noon. This will mark Morris' second consecutive appearance in the finale, and will be the fourth time a Panther has competed in the title match, with appearances coming in 2019 (Morris), 2016 and 2015.
Harris and Laber fell 6-2, 6-4 in the quarterfinals against Claremont-Mudd-Scripps' (CMS) tandem of Nathan Armilli and Philip Martin on Friday morning. The duo came back in the afternoon to win their backdraw match (6-2, 6-4) against a pair from Gustavus Adolphus.
