The Middlebury men's squash team defeated Brown by a 5-4 score in a back-and-forth contest during the Hoehn Cup's 15th/16th-place match at the CSA National Team Championship. The event was held at Yale's Brady Squash Center. The Panthers finish the season ranked 15th-nationally with an overall record of 13-6 under first-year head coach Mark Lewis.

Middlebury dropped the first point at #9, but Andrew Cadienhead posted a four-game victory at #3 over Brown's Alexander Baldock (13-11, 11-13, 11-5, 11-7) to deadlock the match at 1-1. Middlebury's Ben Krant gave the Panthers a 2-1 advantage with a come-from-behind win against Foster Hoff (10-12, 12-10, 14-12, 11-8, 12-10) in the #6 spot.

The Bears took a narrow 3-2 lead with four-game wins at #8 and #5. Middlebury regained the edge with victories from Wyatt French at #2 and William Kurth in the seventh spot. French cruised in three games over Jack Blasberg (11-6, 11-8, 11-9), while Kurth needed four games to defeat Philip Demeulenaere (11-2, 8-11, 11-4, 11-6).

Brown tied the match at 4-4 with a three-game triumph in the fourth slot. Middlebury's fifth point was posted by David Cromwell against Brown's Thomas Blecher. Cromwell and Blecher split the first two games before Cromwell eased by an 11-3 score in game number three. Blecher knotted the match at 11-8 in game number four, but Cromwell secured the point and the match for Middlebury with a 12-10 win in the decisive game.
