The Middlebury men's squash team squared off against a pair of top-20 programs while participating in the Yale Round Robin. The 19th-ranked Panthers fell Saturday to fifth-ranked Columbia by a 9-0 score. A day later, Middlebury battled #17 George Washington in a tightly-contested match, eventually falling 6-3.
The Panthers return to the court next weekend when they play four matches while hosting the Middlebury Round Robin. Middlebury takes on 25th-ranked Connecticut College on Friday at 7:00 p.m., and will take on #15 Bates on Saturday at 3:00 p.m. Closing out action will be a pair of Sunday matches as Middlebury plays #9 Franklin & Marshall at 11:30 a.m. and 24th-ranked Hamilton at 2:00 p.m.
