The Panther men's squash team returned to action with another busy week. The 17th-ranked Panthers opened with a 6-3 loss to #16 St. Lawrence at home on Friday night. Middlebury won games in five of the six matches they lost, in a tightly-contested match.
Middlebury defeated Tufts 8-1 at Amherst on Saturday, as Brian Cady, Eliot Jia and Micah Wood were all down 2-1 before coming back to pick up victories.
Valentin Quan and Jay Dolan improved to 3-0 on the weekend as Middlebury defeated #26 Hobart on Sunday morning. The weekend ended as the Panthers fell 9-0 at the hands of ninth-ranked Dartmouth.
