Men's Soccer Wins At Colby-Sawyer

Allen Bourdon netted his first goal of the match off a penalty kick in the third minute and scored again minutes later to help the #1 ranked team in the nation remain undefeated, improving to 3-0 on the season with a 2-0 win over Colby-Sawyer. Chris Feltes made several impressive saves keeping the game within reach for the Chargers, finishing with nine on the afternoon.

The Chargers played well against the defending NCAA Champions rallying up several scoring chances. The first came in the 18th minute when Tom White struck a beautiful header off a corner kick from Derek Veilleux but was denied by Panther goalkeeper Brian Bush, who made six saves on the afternoon. The Chargers offense generated eight shots, putting six on net.

After scoring his first goal, Bourdon tallied his second on a volley from a nice cross from Baer Fisher in the fifth minute of play.
