Women's Soccer Earns Shutout At Conn.

Middlebury won its fourth consecutive game as they were 1-0 winners on the road at Connecticut College. With the win, the Panthers have locked up a NESCAC first-round home game and will host a contest on Sunday, November 2nd at 12:30.

The game's only goal game at 57:29 as Ashley Pfaff struck for her first goal of the season and the 21st of her career. Caitlin Parker took a through pass and carried the ball down the right wing, before playing another through pass to Pfaff on the right side. Pfaff redirected the pass into the right corner of the goal, beating Jenna Ross as the ball just caught the right post on its way in.

That would be all the Panthers would need as Lauryn Torch made three saves in goal to earn the win. Ross stops nine shots in goal for the Camels.
