Women's Hockey Tops Conn.

Middlebury edged Connecticut College 2-1 in NESCAC women's hockey action played at Dayton Arena Saturday afternoon. Annmarie Cellino and Karen Levin tallied goals for the Panthers, who are ranked #2 in the latest USCHO Division III Poll. Connecticut College's Caroline Jeffery tallied her second score of the season, going end to end on a breakaway in the third period.

Lani Wright stopped 22 saves for the Panthers. Lauren Mellen finished with 34 saves for Connecticut College.
