Middlebury continued its stellar defense as they defeated Wesleyan, 3-0. Erin Oliver's rocket from 15 yards out opened the scoring for the Panthers at 3:05. Brittany Cronin was able to break through and find the net after a series of blocked shots at 17:41 to make the score 2-0. With 20 minutes left in the first half, Mayo Fujii scored on a shot from the middle, giving the Panthers a 3-0 lead.

Els Van Woert was tough in goal for Middlebury with six saves, while Wesleyan's Kelly McFarling battled with 15 stops.
