VIDEO AND STORY OF COURT DEDICATION
The 18,000-square-foot Bostwick Family Squash Center officially opened on October 26, 2013 and was dedicated on November 3, 2018. In September of 2014, the facility qualified for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, the highest honor awarded by the organization.
Â
Connected to the southeast end of the Peterson Family Athletics Complex, the nine squash courts are arranged around a central corridor covered by a skylight to allow filtered, natural light into the space and provide the building with a distinctive architectural element. Visitors can see all nine courts from the center concourse with seating for hundreds of spectators. The expansiveness of the space allows Middlebury to host more home matches and tournaments than in its previous now-defunct Bubble. The facility also includes its own fitness room and restrooms.

A beautiful tile lobby provides an entrance to the athletics complex as well as a great view of Peter Kohn Field.
