Women’s Squash Ends First Semester With Loss to #4 Princeton

The 15th-ranked Middlebury women's squash team concluded its opening home weekend, falling to fourth-ranked Princeton by an 8-1 score on Sunday in a match played in Williams' Simon Squash Center. The Panthers (0-2) have more than a month off from competition before returning to the court Saturday, January 7 for a pair of home contests with Bowdoin and Bates starting at 10:00 a.m.

In Sunday's setback against the Tigers (6-0), Beatrijs Kuijpers earned a three-game win in the final match to be completed against Lindsey Scott at #1 by scores of 11-6, 12-10 and 11-8.  The Tigers claimed the other eight matches, all in three games.
