Women's Squash Drops Three Matches Against Top-Seven Opponents

Playing at the Yale Round Robin, the Middlebury women's squash team lost matches against three teams ranked in the top-seven nationally. The Panthers, ranked 16th, fell Saturday to ninth-ranked Columbia by a 7-2 score before losing to #4 Yale, 9-0. On Sunday, Middlebury battled #7 George Washington in a tightly-contested match before falling by a 7-2 count.

The Panthers return to the court next weekend when they play five matches while hosting the Middlebury Round Robin. The blue and white start things off with a pair of matches Friday against #24 Wellesley at 4:30 p.m. immediately followed #27 Connecticut College at 7:00 p.m.
