  • Women's Squash Wins Walker Cup
    February 22, 2004
    The women's squash team capped off a great season by capturing the Walker Cup at Yale University. The Cup is a division of the Howe Cup, a part of collegiate squash's national championship. Middlebury went 3-0 on the weekend, dropping only four matches. The Panthers defeated Connecticut College 7-2, topped Tufts 8-1 and defeated Wellesley 8-1 en route to the title.
  • Women's Squash Falls To Vassar

    The Middlebury women's squash team played its first home match in years on the new courts located in the bubble. The Panthers came up on the short end of a hard-fought 5-4 loss to Vassar.
  • Women's Squash Wins Three Of Four

    1/31/04 - The Middlebury College women's squash team returned to action last weekend with four matches at the Mt. Holyoke/Smith Invitational. Middlebury defeated Smith 6-3, topped Franklin & Marshall 8-1 and topped William Smith 6-3, before falling to Mt. Holyoke, 7-2.
  • Women's Squash Competes At Amherst Invit.
    January 17, 2004
    Hannah Baker and Holly Haertel each went 3-0 as Middlebury dropped two of three matches at the Amherst Invitational. The Panthers fell to Amherst 7-2, lost to Colby 5-4, before beating Wesleyan 9-0.
  • Women's Squash Opens 3-1
    January 10, 2004
    The Middlebury women's squash team completed its first weekend of the season, earning a 3-1 mark overall. The Panthers defeated Mt. Holyoke, 8-1, fell to Bowdoin, 7-2, while beating Connecticut College and Smith, 8-1.
