For the second time this season, Middlebury women's hockey player Madie Leidt (Killingworth, Ill.) has been selected as the NESCAC Player of the Week. The junior scored three goals and assisted on another as #2 Middlebury picked up a pair of 3-1 road wins at Wesleyan. She scored the Panthers' first goal on Friday and assisted the game-winning tally. She netted the game-tying goal on Saturday and then sealed the win with another goal with 5:32 remaining in the contest. Leidt is currently third in the NESCAC with nine goals this season.
She and her teammates will host Colby on Friday at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday at 3:00 p.m. in a pair of NESCAC games in Kenyon Arena.
