Trinity came back from an 11-point deficit to defeat Middlebury 63-59 in Hartford, Connecticut. The Panthers return to action on Saturday at Amherst.
Middlebury led much of the first half before the Bantams took their first lead of the game on a three with 40 seconds left in the half. The Panthers went on a 9-2 run early in the second half to take a 44-33 lead with 14:58 left in the game. Trinity chipped away, taking a 51-50 lead with 7:18 remaining. The Bantams held a slim lead for the remainder of the game, sealing it with a pair of free throws with 16 seconds left.
Alanna Young led the Panthers with 14 points and 10 boards, Katie Fisher scored a dozen, while Micaela McVary added 11.
