Quigley enters her second season as an assistant softball coach in 2019-20. She earned her degree in economics and returns to Middlebury after working as a sales specialist near her hometown of Wilmette, Illinois.
On the diamond, Quigley’s name is found throughout the Panther pitching record books. Her 14 and 12 single-game strikeout totals are currently third and tied for fifth. She also became the eighth Middlebury pitcher to record a no-hitter during a 9-0 five-inning home win over Lyndon State (now Northern Vermont University-Lyndon) on May 2, 2018.
Quigley ranks atop the single-season laurels in strikeouts (103) and tied for first in wins (13), while her 111.0 innings pitched are third and 13 complete games are fourth.
Over her career, she amassed a record of 38-18 with 55 starts and 69 appearances. Her 38 wins and 336.2 innings pitched are currently both second in program history, while her 261 strikeouts are third and 30 complete games are tied for third. She posted a career earned run average of 2.14, currently sitting fourth in the record book.
Quigley helped guide the Panthers to NESCAC Tournament appearances in 2015 and 2018, earning the win during a 2-0 triumph over Bowdoin during the 2015 championship event.
