Cross Country Racers Earn NESCAC Honors

Five members of the Middlebury College cross country teams were honored when the NESCAC announced its all-league teams. Athletes earned the honor based on their performance at the recent NESCAC Championship race hosted by Bowdoin on October 27th.

Senior Addie Tousley (Kensington, Md.) earned first-team honors for the second straight year after a second place finish at the race. Junior Emily Attwood (Cape Elizabeth, Maine) and sophomore Sarah Guth (Wilton, Conn.) were both named to the second-team after placing 10th and 11th respectively. Attwood was a second-team honoree a year ago.

On the men’s side, senior Jack Davies (Grosse Pointe, Mich.) earned a spot on the first-team after earning second-team honors last season. The senior led the team at the championship race with a fourth place finish. Also being honored was junior Nate Sans (Princeton, Mass.), who earned second-team honors with a 10th place finish.
