Men's Squash Opens Second Semester at Williams

The Middlebury men's squash team returned to action after the holiday break with a 7-2 loss at #20 Williams (4-3). The 19th-ranked Panthers (1-1) return to action on Friday with a match at Navy.

Trailing 4-0, PK Keller put Middlebury on the board in the seventh slot with a 3-2 (8-11, 10-12, 11-8, 11-3, 11-6) come-from-behind win over Charles Merrill. Williams moved ahead 6-1 before William Cembalest earned a win at #2 over William Means. After dropping the first two games (11-8, 11-9), Cembalest battled back with 11-4 and 11-5 wins before his opponent retired. The Ephs won the final match for the 7-2 victory.
