Middlebury men's basketball player Jack Farrell (Verona, N.J.) has been named to the D3hoops.com All-Northeast Region team. The junior earned a spot on the fourth team as he helped lead the team to a record of 21-6, advancing to the second round of the NCAA Tournament.
Farrell led the Middlebury and ranked fourth in the conference in scoring this winter by averaging 16.8 points/game. The second-team All-NESCAC selection paced the conference with 1.9 steals/contest and was second on the team and eighth in the league by averaging 3.4 assists/game. Farrell, the only Panther to start all 27 games this season, shot .483 from the floor and was in double figures in scoring in all but one game, with a career high 31 points in a win at Endicott. He currently sits 14th all-time at Middlebury with 1,098 career points.
