The second-ranked Panther men's tennis team continued its unbeaten start to the spring, posting two home wins last weekend. In a battle of top-10 teams on Saturday, Middlebury edged No. 10 Brandeis by a 6-3 score, followed the next day with a 9-0 victory over Rensselaer.

  • The Panthers went 9-3 during singles play over the two matches, highlighted by two wins each from senior Lubomir Cuba (Massapequa Park, N.Y.), junior Alex Vanezis (Frankfurt, Germany) and sophomore Adam Guo (Redmond, Wash.).
  • In doubles action, Middlebury didn’t lose a match, including two wins by the the top tandem of Cuba and sophomore Nate Eazor (Dallas, Texas).
