Women's Golf Second During Jack Leaman Invitational – Glatt Takes Medalist Honors

The Middlebury women's golf team finished in second-place among 10 teams competing at the Jack Leaman Invitational hosted by Amherst at the Hickory Ridge Golf Club. The single-day tournament saw Ithaca take home the team title with a 324, followed by Middlebury and Williams who were both one stroke back.

Senior Jordan Glatt (Doylestown, Pa.) took home medalist honors, firing an even-par 74. Tying for 10th place was senior Michelle Peng (West Harrison, N.Y.) with an 82, while rookie Katherine Fortin (Wellesley, Mass.) shot an 84 to tie for 20th. Just one stroke back were junior Monica Chow (Newton, Mass.) and rookie Hope Matthews (Greenwich, Conn.) with 85s, while sophomore Theodora Yoch (Coto de Caza, Calif.) came in with a 93. Rookie Sarah Breckinridge (Avon, Conn.) rounded out the squad with a 96.
