The Bostwick Family Squash Center officially opened on October 26, 2013 and was dedicated on November 3, 2018. The 18,000-square-foot building replaces the five courts formerly located in the now-defunct Bubble and gives the college community a modern structure dedicated to the sport. In September of 2014, the facility qualified for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council, the highest honor awarded by the organization.
Connected to the southeast end of the Peterson Family Athletics Complex, the nine squash courts are arranged around a central corridor covered by a skylight to allow filtered, natural light into the space and provide the building with a distinctive architectural element.
A beautiful tile lobby provides an entrance to the athletics complex as well as a great view of Kohn Field.
