Sadik-Khan was named First-Team Academic All-American by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). Sadik-Khan and his teammates finished the 2013 season with a 7-1 mark, earning a share of the NESCAC Championship.

Sadik-Khan had a breakout performance at tight end in 2013, hauling in a NESCAC-leading 12 touchdown passes, with 59 catches for 633 yards for an average of 79.1 yards - each good for second place in the conference as a receiver. Sadik-Khan, a first-team All-NESCAC and All-New England selection, had three-touchdown performances twice in the 2013 season.

He caught a season-high 11 passes in a season-opening win at Bowdoin, while pulling down a season-best 124 receiving yards in a November 2, 2013 victory over Hamilton. The senior caught five or more passes in every game as a senior, finding the end zone in seven of eight games.

Sadik-Khan majored in economics and boasted a 3.50 grade point average.
